What Poison is like
Poison is a Rare at 6,000,000 Yul. Its identity is damage over time: Toxic Blast keeps ticking after it lands, so Poison rewards players who apply damage and then reposition instead of standing still.
Maxbit rates it B: “Can potentially dish out great DoT damage if given time to spam and stack up. That said the moves aren't as fast as Lightning.” Faceless also places it mid-tier and recommends it over the starter books.

Toxic Blast does — the showcase explicitly calls it an area attack with damage over time. Do not assume every Poison move behaves the same way.
